Orders are processed and mailed within one week of receiving payment.

Made-to-order items may take up to 12 weeks to be created and shipped.

Your order will be shipped via USPS within the US.

International orders may take longer, please consider this when ordering.

International orders may also be subject to duties and fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

We would like for you to be happy with your purchase, so if you don't love an item please email us to start the returns process within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit for the total amount excluding original shipping cost will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and for the safety of the product for their returns back with insurance.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us immediately so we can replace the item. We will only be able to replace any damaged items if notified within 7 days of delivery.

Cone 10 works with a limited number of wholesale clients. Custom tile is something new that will be produced by Cone 10 along with home decor, functional ware, and wearables.

Vessels and objects are made of durable stoneware or porcelain, though each is still susceptible to breakage if mishandled.

If you need to clean any of your pieces, we recommend hand washing.
